Blast Resistant Door
CSI Safetell of Dartford, Kent, United Kingdom, has announced that its Stronghold Plus blast-resistant door has been certified by the U.K. government to achieve the designation of Minimum Risk—Very High Protection. The test used 500 kilograms of explosives at a distance of 28 meters—the equivalent of detonating a truck loaded with explosives from 28 meters away. The steel door is also bullet resistant, resists intrusions, and has a four-hour fire rating to BS476 (Part 22). Stronghold doors can be manufactured in many sizes, colors, and with different levels of security locking options.
