Charleston International Airport is the second-fastest
growing airport in the United States, with passenger counts jumping 70 percent
since 2010. The airport recently completed a $200 million upgrade to its
terminal to modernize and meet increased passenger demand. Along with this modernization,
it wanted to invest in a new state of the art IT system to support operational efficiencies,
including for its security, surveillance, and access control systems. That’s
when it turned to the Hyperconverged Infrastructure solution from Pivot3. Security Management's Holly Gilbert Stowell interviews Ira Campbell, director of IT and security at CHS.
